Application and ID are Service Information Types (SITs) that provide information to help you determine if you are using the correct vehicle or system configuration and application. Identification aids include:

To view a vehicle's Application and ID SIT information:
Select a system from the Vehicle Components list located on the Top-Vehicle page.
Result: A page listing the available SITs and components to your selected system is displayed. Available SITs are listed on the left. Subsystems and components are listed on the right.
From the left, click the Application and ID icon.
Result: A page listing available Application and ID topics will display.
Select a topic to view the article.
Note: Available information varies according to the selected vehicle.

Keep in Mind: If a vehicle has multiple IDs, identification diagrams displaying the location of the IDs are also listed. The diagrams include:
