Display/Renew Current Subscription

To start the renewal process from the Account menu:

  1. From the Account Administration Menu, click Display/Renew Current Subscriptions.

Result: Your Current Subscriptions with expiration dates display.

  1. Click the Yes that corresponds to the subscription that you want to renew.

  2. If you have a gift certificate or promotion code, type the certificate code in the Enter Gift Certificate field and click Apply. Otherwise click Skip.

Result: The Enter Credit Card Information page displays.

  1. Complete the form and click Submit.

Result: The Purchase Successfully Processed page is displayed.

  1. Click Go to Your Vehicles.

Result: The Vehicle level page appears. You are now registered and may begin selecting articles.

If you don't renew your subscription before hand, you will receive either a pop-up reminder or an e-mail notification 15 to 30 days before your subscription expires. The pop-up reminder appears after you log in as a member.

The latest renewal incentives are documented in both the pop-up reminder and e-mail notification.

To start the renewal process from the pop-up screen:

  1. Click Renew Now.

Result: Your Current Subscriptions with expiration dates display.

  1. Click the Yes that corresponds to the subscription that you want to renew.

  2. If you have a gift certificate or promotion code, type the certificate code in the Enter Gift Certificate field and click Apply. Otherwise click Skip.

Result: The Enter Credit Card Information page displays.

  1. Complete the form and click Submit.

Result: YourCurrent Subscription plans with expiration date displays.

To start the renewal process from the e-mail reminder:

  1. Click on the link in the e-mail.

Result: The login page is displayed.

  1. Enter your Login Name and Password.

  2. Click Login.

Result: Your Current Subscriptions with expiration dates display.

  1. Click the Yes that corresponds to the subscription that you want to renew.

  2. If you have a gift certificate or promotion code, type the certificate code in the Enter Gift Certificate field and click Apply. Otherwise click Skip.

Result: The Enter Credit Card Information page displays.

  1. Complete the form and click Submit.

Result: Your Current Subscription plans with expiration date displays.
