Contact Customer Support

You can send an E-mail message to ALLDATA's customer support department if you need assistance using ALLDATA®diy.com.

To contact ALLDATA customer support:
  1. From the ALLDATAdiy.com toolbar click Account.

Result: The Account Administration Menu displays.

  1. Select Contact Customer Support.

Result:The Send a Message to Customer Support screen displays.

  1. Your account information will automatically populate the following fields in the screen that appears: Login Name, Name, Phone, Fax and E-mail.

  2. Type a detailed description of the problem you are having.

  1. Click Submit.

Note: If your account information does not automatically populate the Send a Message to Customer Support Screen, or is incorrect, type in the up to date information.
