Contact Customer Support

You can send an E-mail message to ALLDATA's customer support department if you need assistance using ALLDATA®diy.com.

To contact ALLDATA customer support:

From the ALLDATAdiy.com toolbar click Account.

Result: The Account Administration Menu displays.

Select Contact Customer Support.

Result:The Send a Message to Customer Support screen displays.

Your account information will automatically populate the following fields in the screen that appears: Login Name, Name, Phone, Fax and E-mail.
Type a detailed description of the problem you are having.

Enquiries for vehicle repair information must include the Year, Make, Model and Engine.

Click Submit.

Note: If your account information does not automatically populate the Send a Message to Customer Support Screen, or is incorrect, type in the up to date information.
