Contacting ALLDATA/Support

You can contact ALLDATA and/or customer support if you need assistance using ALLDATA®diy.com.

To Contact ALLDATA Customer Support from the Account Administration menu:

1. From the ALLDATAdiy.com toolbar click Account.

Result: The Account Administration Menu displays.

2. Select Contact Customer Support.

Result:The Send a Message to Customer Support screen displays.

3. Your account information will automatically populate the following fields in the screen that appears: Login Name, Name, Phone, Fax and E-mail.

4. Type a detailed description of the problem you are having.

• Enquiries for vehicle repair information must include the Year, Make, Model and Engine.

5. Click Submit.

Note: If your account information does not automatically populate the Send a Message to Customer Support window, or is incorrect, type in the up to date information.

Result: The Contact ALLDATA Support page is displayed.
