To help you find the exact information you need, ALLDATADIY® has placed the different types of vehicle information into fourteen (14) Service Information Types (SITs). Service Information Types contain articles that either:
Apply to a vehicle as a whole. (i.e. VIN numbers)
Is specific to the individual systems, subsystems and components/parts of a vehicle (i.e. an engine power switch diagram)
Because vehicles are built with differing systems, subsystems and components/parts, each vehicle you select may display different SIT categories. The SIT categories will display at either a Vehicle or Vehicle-Component level.
To find Service Information Types:
Navigate to the Top-Vehicle page.
Select an SIT that best categorizes the type of general vehicle information you are looking for.
Note: Information in the Top-Vehicle page appears in the two areas under separate headings. SITs (vehicle level) and Shortcuts to Popular Information appear on the left while the Vehicle Components list is on the right.
To view SITs that are specific to a particular system:
From the Vehicle Components list, click on a category.
Select an SITthat best categorizes the type of repair or service specification you are looking for.
