Technical Service Bulletins

Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) is a Service Information Types (SITs) category that contains manufacturer generated bulletins. The bulletins provide up-to-dated part numbers, manual revisions, recalls, testing and procedure information.

How do I find TSBs?

  1. From the Top-Vehicle page, select Technical Service Bulletins on the Shortcuts menu.

Results: The Technical Service Bulletins page is displayed.

  1. Select All Technical Service Bulletins.

Result: The All Technical Services Bulletins displays.

Note: TSBs are initially listed by date.

How do I sort TSBs?

TSBs are initially sorted by publishing date.

How do I find a Technical Service Bulletin for a specific problem?

  1. From the Top-Vehicle page, select a system from the Vehicle Components list (i.e. Engine, Cooling System, etc.)

  2. From the Technical Service Bulletin SITs on the left, select By Symptom to display the By Symptom page.

  3. Select the symptom that best describes or resembles your problem ( i.e. leaks, noises etc.)

  4. From the TSB article topics that appear on the right, select an article that best addresses your problem.
