Removal

  

  1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
1 Remove the lug nuts.
2 Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

  

  1. Position a (A) floor jack stand under the (B) rear floor cross member.

  

  1. Remove the rear stabilizer bar link.
1 Remove the rear stabilizer bar end nut.
2 Remove the rear stabilizer bar end bolt.
3 Remove the retainer.
4 Remove the upper rear stabilizer bar end bushings.
5 Remove the rear stabilizer bar end retainer spacer.
6 Remove the lower rear stabilizer bar end bushings.
7 Remove the retainer.

  

  1. Remove the four rear floor cross member bolts and lower the rear floor cross member.

  

  1. Remove the rear suspension arm and bushing (front) nut.

  

  1. Remove the rear suspension arm and bushing (front) bolt and remove the rear suspension arm and bushing.

  1. NOTE: Check the rear alignment and adjust as necessary.

NOTE: Tighten the rear stabilizer bar end nuts until the specified length of the rear stabilizer bar end bolt threads are showing.

NOTE: Use High Lift Transmission Jack to raise the spindle so that the suspension arms are parallel to the ground before tightening the bolts to the specified torque.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
