REMOVAL

NOTE : Correctly aimed headlamps do not require re-aiming after replacement of the headlamp bulb. Do not remove the bulb from the combination lamp until just before a replacement bulb is to be installed. Removing the bulb for an extended period of time can affect headlamp performance. Contaminants (dust, moisture, smoke) can enter the combination lamp where they can settle on the lens and reflector. Never turn on the headlamps with the bulb removed from the combination lamp.

  1. Remove the bumper cover.

NOTE : Make sure that the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

  1. Remove the upper headlamp attaching bolt.
