Removal

  1. Remove the air bag sliding contact.

  

  1. Remove the screws and the upper and lower steering column shrouds.

  

  1. Remove the turn signal switch.
1 Detach the electrical connector from the turn signal switch.
2 Remove the screws.
3 Disconnect the electrical connectors.
4 Remove the turn signal switch.

  

  1. Remove the windshield wiper/washer switch.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Disconnect the electrical connectors.
3 Remove the windshield wiper/washer switch.

  

  1. Detach the hazard/flasher switch from the multi-function switch housing.

  

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  

  1. Remove the multi-function switch housing.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the multi-function switch housing.

Installation

  
  
  

  1. NOTE: After the multi-function switch housing is installed, check the sliding contact adjustment.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
