OUTSIDE WARNING BUZZER

Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK OUTSIDE WARNING BUZZER

  

Check voltage between BCM connector and ground.

  

Is the Inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 5
NO >> GO TO 2
2.CHECK OUTSIDE WARNING BUZZER POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Disconnect outside warning buzzer connector.

  

  1. Check voltage between outside warning buzzer connector and ground.

  

Is the Inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 3
NO >> Repair or replace outside warning buzzer power supply circuit.
3.CHECK OUTSIDE WARNING BUZZER CIRCUIT

  1. Disconnect BCM connector.

  

  1. Check continuity between BCM connector and outside warning buzzer connector.

  

  1. Check continuity between BCM connector and ground.

  

Is the Inspection result normal?
OK >> GO TO 4
NG >> Repair or replace harness between BCM and outside warning buzzer.
4.CHECK OUTSIDE WARNING BUZZER
Check See: Component Inspection.
Is the Inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 5
NO >> Replace outside warning buzzer.
5.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT
Check See: Testing and Inspection\Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview\Service Information For Electrical Incident\Intermittent Incident.
