ALLDATAdiy.com provides the registered user the opportunity to access information on the Internet for a specific year make and model of vehicle. The subscription would be for one year with unlimited access to the database. Our database is updated quarterly. The cost of the first DIY subscription is $24.95 per vehicle for one year and $44.95 for three years. Diagnostic and Repair information, the full content of the Technical Service Bulletins and Recalls, and Parts and Labor information are covered on DIY.

How do I add or renew a vehicle to my account?
To add a vehicle or renew a current vehicle, please go to the www.alldatadiy.com and logon with your current logon and password. Then select ACCOUNT at the top of the page and select to Purchase New Subscription or Display/Renew Current Subscriptions. This will walk you through the procedure.

What happens if I sell my car and get a new one? Can I switch to my new car?
Your ALLDATAdiy.com account allows you to change your subscription vehicle one time during the subscription year. Simply forward your new vehicle information to customer support, who will make the change for you.

How much does it cost for a subscription?
For the initial subscription price of $24.95 you will have access to your specific year, make, and model vehicle for a full year or $44.95 for three years. Additional vehicles after the first are available at the discounted price of $14.95 per vehicle per year or $29.95 for three years. You must register to receive access to the site and you must also register for each additional vehicle.

To what does the “VIN” refer when selecting my engine?
Your engine code is determined by the 8th digit of your VIN. Please contact us if you need assistance with your VIN.

I was told there is a recall on my vehicle, the dealership says that it’s null. Can I take them to court?

ALLDATA LLC is the leading publisher of Automotive Diagnostic and Repair Information but does not offer Recall Assistance. Please contact your local dealership regarding your Recall concerns. They should be able to run a history search on your VIN# and determine if there are any open or unresolved campaigns which might involve your vehicle.

Where do I buy the tools recommended in the procedures?
Unfortunately, we do not have any tools available to purchase. Our information is directly from the manufacturer, therefore the part numbers that appear in our program are dealership part numbers. Please contact your local dealership for further tool information. Please be advised you may be able to find the tool available through on of the following aftermarket suppliers: www.autozone.com and www.toolsource.com.
